- Travel and accommodation outside Nairobi are charged separately. We work across Kenya, East Africa and the rest of Africa.
- A 65% deposit confirms your booking; the balance is due on delivery of the final work. The deposit is not refundable if you cancel.

What clients ask us most before booking a shoot.
How much does video production cost in Nairobi?
Our video production starts from KSh 65,000 for a full day (8 hours) and KSh 45,000 for a half day (4 hours), excluding VAT. That includes a crew of two videographers, full camera kit and editing.
How much does event photography cost?
Event photography starts from KSh 45,000 for a full day and KSh 30,000 for a half day, excluding VAT. You get every edited photo from the event, with no limit.
How fast do you deliver event videos and photos?
Event videos and event photos are delivered within 24 hours. If you need them sooner, same-day delivery is available from KSh 30,000 extra, and for video it includes a short social media cut the same day.
How long does a documentary take?
A documentary is usually delivered in about a week after filming. Documentaries start from KSh 45,000; voice-over and animation are quoted separately.
How much is a short vertical video for social media?
Editing a vertical social media video of up to 60 seconds starts from KSh 15,000 and is delivered within 48 hours.
How many videographers and photographers come to a shoot?
Every video shoot has at least two videographers. Photography is covered by one photographer, or two when several activities happen at the same time.
Do you film with drones?
Yes. Drone filming starts from KSh 75,000 and is flown by a KCAA-licensed pilot.
Do you work outside Nairobi and Kenya?
Yes. We work across Kenya and travel to other East African countries and the rest of Africa. Travel and accommodation outside Nairobi are charged separately.
What languages does your team speak?
Our team works in English, French, Swahili, Kinyarwanda and Kirundi, which helps with interviews and community filming across the region.
How many revisions are included?
One round of revisions is included in every edit.
How do I book and pay?
Book a 15-minute call or send us your brief, and we send a written quote. A 65% deposit confirms the booking and the balance is due when we deliver the final work.
What happens if we cancel?
The deposit is not refundable if you cancel.
Do your prices include VAT?
No. All prices exclude 16% VAT.
